About Top Catch

We fry in the finest high oleic sunflower oil which has less than 4% saturated fats and is high in omega 9. Our potato’s are from Buddington farm in Midhurst and are prepared on site daily. We fry our chips twice so you get a fluffy centre and crispy outside.

All of our cod and haddock is MSC certified. This means all of our cod and haddock comes from a wild catch sustainable fishery.

Our cod is frozen fresh we find it is the freshest it is caught and frozen within 4 hours using special equipment and then comes to us. Our haddock is line caught on MS Leinbris and has the skin on. 

Our mushy peas, fishcakes and tartar sauce are all homemade.
